In collaboration with SAVIS of Halton and The Region of Halton, Summit Housing & Outreach Programs is pleased to be the housing agency for the Anti-Human Trafficking Initiative in Halton. Based on a Client Centered Support Model, support, advocacy and a range of housing is available to survivors of human trafficking.
